The Occupational English Test (OET) is an international English language test for the healthcare sector
The international English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. Your ability to listen, read, write and speak in English will be assessed during the test. IELTS is graded on a scale of 1-9

The above combination would be accepted. The applicant has scored at least 7 in the listening, speaking and reading sections and at least 6.5 in the writing section in either of the two test sittings, and no score is lower than 6.5 for listening, reading or speaking and the writing score is not lower than 6.0

The above application would not be accepted. The applicant has a Listening score lower than 6.5
